I started The Sobran Group in 2009 because I felt the traditional "big box" real estate companies didn't respect their clients: locking them into 6 month contracts, being inflexible on commissions, and often just giving out lockbox codes to agents without doing any type of due diligence into the capability of the "buyer" to actually be ready and able to purchase your home. That is why we pre-qualify all potential showings, and more importantly, ACCOMPANY ALL SHOWINGS. You hire a brokerage to sell your home, shouldn't you expect the agent to be there, SELLING YOUR HOME?
